These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Zniques Financial Service. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation or appointment reminders, care-service updates, employment or applicant communications, scheduling information, customer-service messages, and occasional promotional information. The content you receive depends on the consent you provide and your relationship with Zniques Financial Service

Consent and Eligibility

You must voluntarily provide a valid mobile number and complete the applicable opt-in step. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to consent.

 

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms, fees, and data rates govern your mobile service.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also communicate an opt-out request in another reasonable manner. After an opt-out request, we may send one non-promotional confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@zniquesfinancial.com.

We will process opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. Opting out of SMS does not prevent Zniques Financial Service from contacting you through another permitted method when necessary to respond to a request, provide contracted services, or comply with law.

 

Supported Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Text-message delivery is subject to wireless network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Zniques Financial Service may change, suspend, or discontinue its SMS program or update these terms at any time.​​

Privacy and Prohibited Content

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send protected health information, medical records, financial account information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or emergency requests by text.​
